DRIP provides access to designated spaces and services for members, guests, and event participants. Access may be subject to booking availability, operational hours, and capacity limits.
Bookings must be made through DRIP's approved booking platform or channels. Booking durations, availability, and advance booking windows may vary by service.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time unless otherwise stated. Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds or credits.
Guests are expected to use the facilities responsibly, respect shared spaces, and follow all posted guidelines and staff instructions. Any misuse or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the premises.
DRIP is responsible for maintaining its spaces in a reasonable and safe condition. If you notice any hazards or issues, please notify a staff member immediately.
All guests must comply with safety instructions provided by DRIP staff. Appropriate attire and conduct are required at all times, depending on the nature of the activity or event.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and medically fit to participate in any activities or experiences at DRIP. We recommend consulting a medical professional where appropriate.
Alcohol may only be consumed in approved areas and in accordance with applicable laws. Illegal drugs or substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Abusive language, harassment, aggressive behaviour, or any conduct that disrupts others will not be tolerated. DRIP reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who violates this policy.
All guests acknowledge that participation in activities or use of facilities at DRIP is undertaken at their own risk. DRIP shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while on the premises, except where required by law.
By creating an account, making a booking, or entering the premises, you acknowledge and agree to any applicable waiver presented during registration or booking.
DRIP encourages all guests to maintain personal insurance coverage for injury, loss, or damage.
DRIP may organise public or private events, programmes, workshops, or experiences. Details will be communicated via official channels, including email, website, or social media.
Participation in events may require prior registration and full payment. Entry may be denied if registration requirements are not met.
Participants must comply with event-specific rules and instructions provided by DRIP or event organisers.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension of access, cancellation of bookings, or termination of membership without refund.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith discussions, mediation, or arbitration before pursuing legal action, where applicable.
