At DRIP, we are committed to delivering a smooth and transparent experience for all customers, members, and event clients. This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the terms related to payments, bookings, cancellations, and refunds. By using our services or making a payment, you agree to the terms set out below.
We accept payments via the following methods:
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Online Payment Platforms (such as PayPal or Stripe)
- Bank Transfers (applicable for approved event or corporate payments)
All services, including bookings, events, private sessions, memberships, and rentals, must be paid in full at the time of reservation or registration unless otherwise stated in writing.
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of confirmation. Payment secures your selected date, time, and space.
For ticketed events, workshops, or group sessions, full payment is required upon registration. Failure to complete payment by the stated deadline may result in the release of your spot without notice.

Cancellations More Than 24 Hours in Advance:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund. -
Cancellations Within 24 Hours:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund. In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, partial refunds or credits may be considered at the discretion of DRIP management. -
No-Shows:
No refunds or credits will be issued for no-show bookings.
- DRIP reserves the right to cancel any activity or group session if minimum participation requirements are not met.
- Participants will be notified at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Refunds in such cases will be issued as wallet credits, redeemable for future bookings or services.
Approved refunds will be processed promptly upon confirmation of cancellation.
Refunds and credits will be issued to the customer's digital wallet or original payment method, subject to platform limitations.
DRIP shall not be held liable for refunds, losses, or compensation resulting from disruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government actions, pandemics, or other emergencies.
If a customer is unable to attend due to illness or injury, we encourage early communication. Depending on the situation, a partial refund or credit may be offered at management's discretion.
Unpaid bookings may be canceled or released. DRIP reserves the right to restrict access to facilities, events, or services until outstanding balances are settled.
DRIP reserves the right to update or amend this Payment and Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be communicated via official channels and published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
DRIP shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, fire, flood, war, labor disputes, power outages, or public health emergencies. In such cases, bookings may be postponed or canceled without obligation for refund or compensation.
By making a payment or confirming a booking with DRIP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment and Refund Policy.
